Great location, friendly staff, very dog friendly, and nice amenities.
No air conditioning, hot tub and pool were closed while we were there and the hot water ran out quickly.

Beautiful location and beautiful property. Loved that it was located so close to the gondola, as we rode it up to Allred’s for dinner. The suite was massive for 2 people.
The living area of the suite was a bit dated with heavy wood furniture and dated window coverings; not a deal breaker at all. The deal breaker was the fact that the year round d heated outdoor pool was not in fact heated. While it looked amazing, it was way too cold to enjoy with nights going into the 40s. Staff explained that there were repairs needed. They were gracious enough to credit our valet parking when we shared how disappointing this was, but….

It was available.
No resort hotel amenities like a restaurant/room service or concierge. Guests on their own to figure out food source or where to have a drink. Felt much like a Holiday Inn: Just rooms that happen to be in a beautiful mountain setting. Nothing special other than a view that the hotel has nothing to do with. Staff seemed young and lack luster at checkin. For being in peak season, The Peaks seemed to have the c team working.
