Location, staff, clean.
Needs maintenance. Leaks in the bathroom, cracks on the walls, one of the mattresses visibly worn out, mini fridge had a lot of ice buildup. Breakfast could improve.

Breakfast was decent, as expected. Locations and shuttle see to SPAC was excellent, driver gave excellent service. Bed was very comfortable and downstairs bar was fun for a drink after the concert.
Second bartender, clerk shutdown bar early due to lack of cash in bank. Not the end of the world.

Good location for our itinerary.
Breakfast was good but standard hotel fare.

Staff was great and it was right near the venue. Have a shuttle take us from and back was awesome.
The room was stark. Damage to the bathroom upon arrival. Hair left behind after house keeping. Requested an extra towel, never came. The hotel phone didn’t work. The walls are near paper thin. I can hear everything around us.

"Personale gentile e accogliente. Ci siamo fermati solo una notte ed eravamo molto stanchi. Siamo stati bene."
