Property was convenient and good for pre cruise stay. Breakfast was really good and being right across the street from walgreens was great.
The elevators were super slow and sometimes hard to operate. Everyone was super sweet except the morning manager, a tall big lady with long nails. She made the whole process more difficult and stressful and was very snarky. Everyone else, the other managers, other front desk staff, cleaning staff etc were wonderful. I wish I could remember their names!

A typical, comfortable city chain hotel. Well positioned to access many of the sights of Seattle; easy walk to Seattle Centre, or buses to elsewhere, including SEATAC airport. Close to good restauants.
Clothiing storage in our room could have been better - we didn't bother unpacking.

While the food was good there was a long line at breakfast. I don't think this is a big complaint as several cruises were leaving the same day and many were there to get on a ship.
It was a bit loud in the room next to us. I could tell each time they engaged in conversation. I am not sure if it was thin walls or loud people.

Nice room, comfortable beds.
You can hear everything outside of the hotel. Even on the 9th floor. Trash trucks at 3am waking us up.
