The room was on the the first floor, as requested. It was very clean and spacious. The bed was not the most comfortable, but it worked.
The TV remote was missing from the room, but one was supplied. The young lady from housekeeping opened our door and was coming in the before announcing herself, which was on the frightening side of things.

The staff is caring and respectful. Always willing to accommodate. Some of the sweetest people you'll meet.
I can't say anything at all. Each and every one of my stays are great!
