Comfy beds, clean room and good breakfast! Friendly staff too. Great location for short drive to Hot Springs National Park!

The front desk receptionist was extremely nice and helpful during the day . Also breakfast was great there was always someone around making sure everyone was doing good and checking if she needed to refill anything . Let’s not forget the pool!! Pool was great .Excellent staff ⭐️
There wasn’t anything I didn’t dislike tbh they were very accommodating .

Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was better than most hotels. For the most part it was an enjoyable stay.
One of the women that worked at the front desk was completely rude. Our home and everything in it burned to the ground so we kept extending our stay. She got rude about us not having them clean the room as if we were hiding something. Then on separate occasions asked me and my wife why we were staying so long. Then she had the audacity to ask if we had anything in our room to start a fire. As if we set our house on fire. So it would've been a a great stay except for this one lady. If I knew her name I would put it on here but she was white with light brown hair and her eyes were different colors or something. And she wore scrubs every time I saw her.
