Location was fine, breakfast was not served before I had to leave for meetings, so no comment.
The room was dirty, the shower did not work well and it sounded like a leak in the pipes and water gathering under the bath tub. It felt like you were riding on waves when in the shower.

The room was dirty, there were NO towels. There was no night staff at all.

I was lied to, I called Holiday Inn last week to confirm that the pool and hot tub were working, I was told yes . When we arrived Sunday afternoon I was informed that both have been down for over a month due to a tornado damage. Plus I found out that both are technically off site, you have to go next door to a different building/ hotel.

The pool was out I couldn't go swimming.

It was adequate but not as good as other Holiday Inns where I have stayed.
The shower curtain reeked of urine
The body soap bottle in the shower was empty
The shower needs a grab bar for older guests stepping out of the tub.

I don’t know, the hotel was closed
the hotel was closed and no communication telling me to find another hotel, it took over a week to get booking.com to finally approve a refund from the hotel.

Room was clean and comfortable
I wish that the Web Site said that the pool and hot tub were in the adjacent hotel and not on site. I was not going to cut across the parking lot to find the facilities.

The room was not cleaned and when I returned staff threw away my brought toiletries and medication.

Staff was very nice and excellent
Rooms were dirty, toilet clogged for no reason, tub didnt drain, comforters were awful, pillows were uncomfortable.

Staff was very friendly, breakfast was excellent. Lady running the breakfast was excellent
Room was very dirty. The floorboards in the bathroom were disgusting, toilet wasnt cleaned well at all. The slip cover comforters were all bunched up and fought that all night. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Toilet clogged constantly and tub didnt drain.

they were unable to get check in done first time due to 3 rd party. Then we had to get second day re set to keep room, again due to 3rd party payment

The toilet looked liked an OUTHOUSE!
Thick with old feces inside the toilet! Yellow stained rings in the toilet. Signs that it wasn’t clean in Months!
