The room was very spacious, clean, bed was very comfortable. The pool was clean and the outside furniture was comfortable. The breakfast was also very good.

It was close to what we came for. I really liked the room. The staff was why more then I expected, she was so nice and informative. If I go back, I would stay there.
The water in the shower was either cold or burning hot. We could not make it warm if our lives depended on it.

Breakfast food was delicious.
The whole reason I picked this location was because they had a nice pool. Our AC at our home was broken so we wanted to take our child to a hotel with a decent pool to cool off, but the pool was closed for our entire stay.. very disappointing. Then I was charged a pet cleaning fee, and we had no pets! When I called to get that fixed, the lady that I spoke to said they would take care of it. She did not. I had to call again 3 days later to ask for it to be fixed again. That person actually fixed while I was still on the phone with her so I appreciated that. But I don’t know why we were charged to begin with! It was myself, my husband, and my 2 year old. No pets.
