Overall very nice & convenient.

Excellent fresh made hot breakfast & close to both the port & Bellvue Ave.

Such a lovely place, absolutely polite people are working there. we were served as best as possible. The breakfast was amazing. Thank you so much.

Every detail was placed with love, an historic building with a fresh atmosphere.

Zen, relaxing, first-class atmosphere and staff !

The manager Serena was very cheerful and welcoming and extraordinarily efficient. She afforded me every courtesy and privacy too! I was really impressed with what an amazing job she does considering there were so many different tasks and details I witnessed her accomplish in the short time i was there. She is without doubt, the nicest, most sincere, kind, and hard-working B&B manager I have ever encountered. Most importantly was the cleanliness . The room was spotless and the cleaning staff fantastic and brilliant. Breakfast was gourmet and great. Very peaceful, private, zen relaxing place!

Beds were new, bedding and pillows were fresh and soft, however a softer mattress would add more comfort as it was a little firm.

Gorgeous room, delicious breakfast, perfect location (2 min walk to Thames, without the noise of staying directly on Thames) and WONDERFUL innkeeper Serena!!

Wonderful spot for our short off season getaway

Clean, updated and fresh with historical building charm. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was great. Short walk to restaurants and shopping.

Fantaatic spot in the heart of Newport - will definitely be back.

Adorable, quaint property in a great location just a few blocks from the waterfront which has a lot of great shops and restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff member who assisted us was extremely kind and friendly.

Really, nothing to complain about! It is an older historic building, so it is fairly easy to hear other guests in their rooms, but the hotel conveniently provides a white noise machine on the night stand which worked just fine to drown out any noise.

Clean, home-y, comfortable, and the location was within walking distance to main tourist spots.

Parking was a bit tight but glad they had room at nearby lot to park in if need be.

Amazing stay in a beautiful historic Newport house.

Wonderful historic house in the very center of Newport. Amazing interior design, friendly staff and a very good breakfast. Nothing left to wish for. Thank you!

perfect place to stay in Newport.

The property was beautiful. My room and bathroom were excellent. My bathroom was larger than the picture showed. Excellent location right in between Bellevue and Thames. The breakfast is delicious and hearty. It is homemade every morning.

everything, great breakfast and really nice stuff, especially the young man from Turkey, he really went out of his way to help us.

Great location, just up the hill from everything! Breakfast was delicious both days of our stay. the staff was very friendly and eager to help. the room was very clean and comfortable.

it was a little pricey but it was not disappointing!

Great time, great location

Breakfast was great Continental with a served hot item. One day it was steak and egg on a bagel the second day it was scrambled eggs with ham and cheese along waffles with an apple cinnamon syrup. Great location near the piers and restaurants or not far from free trolley service. Service staff very accommodating

Could have used a few shelves in the bathroom because of limited vanity space. A chair in the room, pants hangers, a small dresser and an umbrella or awning for the deck. My other half wanted less stairs to climb
