Breakfast was good Monday
Bathroom door was off hindges trouble opening never got fixed. First time had to request clean towels

Faucets only had really hot water. Could not adjust the temperature. Bathroom and restroom Doors did not lock. Microwave had a smoke smell when in use.

The room reeked of mold, and the toilet didn't flush properly.

The whole hotel was amazing. The room was super spacious and fancier then expected. The staff were friendly. The pool was awesome super warm we swam for like 3hrs felt relaxing.

Absolutely everything one of the best hotels we’ve been to!! 10/10 recommended. The place was very clean beds were comfortable spacious rooms. Staff was very nice and attentive! will definitely stay again! Breakfast was very good lots of variety.

Pretty nice place. Love that could enjoy family time. Pretty comfortable regular beds. Overall a great experience. My kids loved it.
Main doorknob and fan light seemed very wobbly, but was offered to send someone to fix it, which was nice.
Definitely needs a mattress upgrade on the kids bed, and maybe couch. It’s just small things I noticed. But I appreciate them reaching out the first day.
