We mentioned that we had already made full payment but was charged in full for both rooms again. Messaged twice through Booking.com regarding this but they have not replied. So far the double charge is not falling off. I cannot understand why the computer system cannot show up which guests have made full payment ; even when we have already red flagged it. ( Residence Inn Portland did the same and double charged).

Hotel was clean! Staff was nice! Buffett breakfast that was included was one of the best I have had however they did shut it down early (9:30 a.m.)

Excellent location, easy parking. Good facilities, friendly staff. Easy-to-use laundry room, well equipped gym. Spacious room, very comfortable.
We didn't always get new coffee pods. Our room wasn't cleaned each day.
