I loved the comfort of the room. I loved the breakfast and the staff response to my needs.

Nothing at all. Lady at front desk was very unprofessional and unpleasant. She goes by the name Sarah and wasn’t trying to accommodate me at all. She also charged my card a fee of 228.17 before establishing consent and the couldn’t refund or accommodate me for the inconvenience. I still had to book another hotel room at the Crown just to lay down for a reasonable price. I arrived 7/29 at 4am my reservation check in wasn’t until 3pm called booking.com to get the reservation modified and Sarah still didn’t honor my reservation because she didn’t have anything but Junior Suites available.
Get better staff and train them for matters such as mines. Alain have a manager on stand by that will answer at all times for matters such as mines. I had to wait until 9am just for management staff to arrive so a refund could be processed. Also when things like this happen the customer should be giving some kind of complimentary favors for their hard time and delay/inconveniences.

The front desk staff was excellent and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the staff in their was very good. In a great location and easy to find off 95.
The room was outdated, floor not clean in bathroom and entire room. The bathroom wasn’t clean enough had to clean myself. sofa had stains on it and iron broken. i asked for an disable accessible room but got reg. room.

Loved everything it was an easy check in super comfortable bed and pillows.
Just didnt like the parking.

The property was centrally located and close to the major highways.
The rooms were old and mine had a weird odor , similar to mold or dampness. I also did not like that the sheets were not changed and the rooms were adjoining by an interior door.

That the pool close at 10 pm and you can't get in after that time. It was my birthday but I didn't know it was goin to actually close but couldn't get in until the next morning
