The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in and I've been to a lot of hotels before and the front desk staff was excellent so kind and helpful
If I had to say anything it would only be that some people are just rude slamming doors at 5:00 a.m. and sometimes all hours of the night that's the guests I'm talking about.

Location and the ladies at the concierge all shift was very pleasant.
Carpet is dirty specially the 5th floor, one of the queen beds was making a lot of squeaky noises.

Room was clean. Nice breakfast and friendly staff.
On booking.com I requested a room, in May, that overlooked the park so my 81 y/o mother could watch the 250th fireworks. This was acknowledged by Booking.com but not relayed to the property. Our room was on the opposite side with no view of the fireworks and no rooms available to upgrade. We stayed there for that reason and was not able to view the celebration. This was Booking.coms fault, not the property's.
