The AC did not work in the rooms, and breakfast was very minimal.

We stayed in a suite. There was plenty of room for us to not feel cramped. Restaurant within walking distance.
Breakfast was just ok.

Great location. Very nice room, clean, quiet. Breakfast was good, started at 5am which is great when travelling.
Could have had a coffee maker in the room.

Rooms weren’t carpeted, no big deal. but walking across I could feel the dirt on the floor. maybe do a better job on the floor surfaces

Good value for money and good location. Comfortable and clean. Also had self serve breakfast which had more variety than lots of other places do nowadays. Friendly staff too.
Car park was a bit of a mess with lots of construction workers around partying in their trucks and being loud.

No coffee at breakfast and TV wasn't working, checked in pretty late so wasn't really an issue.
