The location and cleanliness.
The attitude of many of the custodial staff was very arrogant much different from the reception staff.

The security
The floors were really dirty. We had to clean them ourselves and towel was black when we were done. The breakfast was very disappointing. It was just granola bars. And the elevator was broken.

"Everything was great the staff attended to us well and the room was clean and fresh.
Only one of the treadmills worked so that needs fixing asap."
