1. Near Pioneertown. 2. Close to Palm Springs. 3. Close to Joshua Tree National Park.
1. Price $300+ for one night with nothing special. 2. Breakfast was provided, but it was very basic - not hot foods, proteins, or bananas.

I was especially impressed with the customer service received from the staff. After arrival, Wyatt helped us add an extra day, and Brenda R. assisted us with the other transactions with a smile and had the most amazing personality.

Moved me to a better room after initially being placed in the worst one on the entire property.
Having to move me to a better room after initially being placed in the worst one on the entire property. They initially put me in the room on the top floor closest to the highway. The door to the room was unlocked and open when I arrived. The windows were not sealed and it sounded like I was outside on the street. I was on a mixed working and pleasure trip and there was no way I could get any sleep or work done in that room.
