Location near restaurants, walkable. Nice staff, good breakfast. Roomy, clean accommodations. Fair price compared to other places.
A guest left their old dog in their room next to us and it yapped loudly and without stopping. Staff said they couldn't do anything until 10pm, though they attempted to contact the guest repeatedly. The hotel was full, but they found a room to move us to. The new room was very quiet.

It was clean and quiet. The TV was also nice. Pretty standard hotel, good price and exactly what I needed. There was also a nice desk for working and good wifi. Bathroom was nice too. Good shower pressure.
I did find a number of pieces of trash strewn about the building. For example, the elevator had an open half eaten cup of ramen in it and there was also ramen noodles on the floors in hallways. I think there just so happened to be a large group of kids staying there when I was there and they were rather rambunctious.
