drug dealers, dirty sheets, dirty broken refrigerator, dirty towels, dirty hand towels, dirty washcloths, the room would be straightened up. But the sheets wouldn’t be changed. the first night the sheets were absolutely noticeably dirty and unchanged. the toilet was so disgusting it should be removed and replaced.

I have a service dog. When I checked in I was told I could not stay there with the service dog even though I advised them I had a service dog when making the reservation. the clerk was unaware of federal ADA guidelines requiring businesses to allow service dogs and was quite rude until checking with the manager. she asked questions that violated ADA guidelines about my disabilities which was very embarrassing. it was a horrible experience. I will not stay at the hotel again.

The pool are could have had more lounge chairs.
