Nice folks, nice clean facility, exceptionally well managed, fair price, perfect location for our needs. A lady at the front desk who introduced herself as "Sparkle" was professional, cheerful, and helpful. After check-in she greeted me by name each time I passed through the lobby. She also helped me with an extension of our stay and offered some helpful advice regarding local dining.

We loved our stay here. We arrived late and loved that there was staff at the front desk and we didn't have to go looking for anyone. They had several luggage carts available as well. The room was nice and clean and the beds were comfortable.

The only thing we did not love was the breakfast. We really didn't like any of it, including the muffins. My husband thought the eggs were good, but they were made with green/red peppers which we aren't fans of. The breakfast was included in our stay though, so it wasn't that big of a deal that we didn't like it.

AC was on a motion sensor out it on 65 to f no one moved it cut off until you move again. woke up was hot in the room

I made reservations after calling property and verifying the room had ethernet connection in the room, just to find out it did NOT. Then since I arrived at 4 am n the 12th I had to pay for the same night twice because the front desk clerk couldn't retrieve the money and couldn't check me in under my existing reservation from the 12th to the 14th he tried to tell me that the system didn't updat until the next morning. I am a routine traveler and have never ran into this problem anywhere else. Then everyday after that I had to let them charge my card for incidentals when I came to get my room key because it didn't work on a day to day basis!
