We’ve stayed at this Hampton many times. Everything was as expected. Good location, very friendly staff, comfy beds, clean facilities. The breakfast is also great.
During this particular visit, the pool was out of order and both treadmills in the gym were out of service. We choose hotels based on fitness amenities, so this was a bit of a bummer but not a deal breaker. We were still able to get a good workout in. It would probably be a good idea to check in with staff if either of those amenities are really important to you.

Predictable. Comfortable. Waffles. Wi-fi.
LOTS of stuff was broken. The ice machine on the 2nd floor, the jacuzzi and indoor pool. They seem to be postponing fixes and upgrades which is distressing. Also, they cut corners on some amenities re toiletries and have gone down to every OTHER day housekeeping! That is ridiculous. Daily housekeeping is one of my most favorite things about hotels.

Clean property. Check in was easy and staff was polite. The lady at breakfast was super polite.
At 9am someone knocked on our door several times before we could get to it and said, “what time you leaving?!” I looked at her like she was crazy and said before checkout time which isn’t 9am and closed the door! She was rude and definitely should not be going around rooms asking that just so they can clean the room when you should know what time check out is-it’s literally your job!
