Great location. Easy access to downtown Hartford for an event without having to stay in the city.

Didn’t have the breakfast. However, when I booked, I thought I was getting a room with two beds. Turned out to be just one bed. When I brought the problem up to the front desk associate, Dennis, he went above and beyond to rectify the problem. Couldn’t have been happier with the service and the accommodations! Dennis deserves a raise!

Nothing I didn’t like. Was very happy with the whole experience!

Location was convenient.

A/C didn't work on the first room we had but they quickly transferred us to another room.

It was fine.

Problem with the reservation change....was charged for the room "no-show" and i had no reservation for sunday. I ended paying twice. Still waiting for resolution from booking.com
