This location corrected most of the mistakes made by Booking.com on this reservation. I was booked at wrong hotel. Next Booking.com did not pay for my room in advance which was corrected by the hotel.

Booking messed up everything.

My room was very clean. It was ready when I arrived slightly earlier than anticipated. The breakfast was delicious and there was a nice variety of foods. The staff were very accommodating and attentive.

Breakfast was good.

The check in process was horrible! The manager was terrible, and did not try to make things right! The young employee working the night shift was very nice, but had not been properly trained. We booked the hotel online and arrived at 2am. The hotel had marked us as a no-show even though we had just booked it. The poor night shift employee did not know how to fix the problem. he attempted to call to on call managers, who would not answer their phones. my credit card was billed 3 times. We tried to just get a key to our room and settle up in the morning, but to no avail. We were already tired from driving and had to wait another hour. Finally, at 3am, we said just bill us again if that’s what it takes to get a room. He said that he would give us a discount for our troubles, but we were actually charged more. The next morning, the manager was not very friendly and was not apologetic at all. I had to tell her that the night employee told me that we were supposed to get a discount for our troubles. The manager finally gave us a small discount. Hopefully, Management gets retrained or they find a new manager. The night employee was trying to be helpful, but he just didn’t have the training. very disappointed in the whole experience! I’m still waiting to get credit for all the charges.

Way overpriced for an ot of the way hotel in a highway town with an entire street packed with hotels.
