A great stop off the road! We were exhausted and it was so nice to be welcomed in so warmly!

Very friendly and attentive staff! A stunningly clean lobby and kitchen. The beds and pillows were so comfy I wanted to sleep all day! Luckily we had to get back on the road, this got us out if bed for delicious and well presented breakfast!

Great room- Noisy neighbors.

Front desk agent was super friendly at checkout. Rooms were very nice, and I liked the welcome greeting on the tv. Plenty of charging capability.

The hand towels had brown specks all through them. I suspect they were bamboo, but, nonetheless they were gross.They weren't as white as the normal towels, either. Looked kind of dingy. The front wall and doors could stand some serious soundproofing. Very loud people were going in and out, talking and laughing very loudly and slamming doors. I don't know what a hotel could do but I wish they could figure it out.

Wonderful! Our favorite hotel as we traveled across country.

This place was great. It was newly refurbished, very clean and appointed with everything we needed. The breakfast was amazing with southwestern omelets and wonderful potatoes etc. We had been traveling across the US and this was our best hotel!

STAY THER ON OUR WAY TO DENVER EVERY TIME WE GO. IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN GOOD

USUALLY DON'T WORRY ABOUT THE BREAKFAST. IT WAS BUSY WHEN WE LEFT

UNDERSTAFFED...THE PERSON WORKING THE FRONT DESK WAS GETTING CALLS AND TAKING CARE OF CUSTOMER CONCERNS. WHEN DOING SO WOULD HAVE TO LEAVE AND GO TO THE ROOM OR WHERE EVER THE PROBLEM WAS. AT ONE TIME THERE WERE 4 PEOPLE AT FRONT DESK WAITING FOR THEM TO COME BACK. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT, JUST NOT ENOUGH STAFF TO HANDLE IT.

I was somewhat disappointed.

fair. second morning ran out of some items. appeared to be short of staff.

For an amount of $280.00+ it would have been nice to have a TV that worked. A working ice dispenser on the floor would have been nice as well.

I'd keep looking

The pool water was wet, so that's pretty good.

Excessive noise from sides and above until after 1am. Empty spots where breakfast foods might have been. Staff had little training on "new system" which they said didn't work well with Booking.com. Booking.com never sent my payment through to the hotel. Because of that, they charged me again so now I get the joy of unraveling charges through my bank, booking.com, and the hotel.

Great stopover spot

Everything! Clean rooms, comfy beds, delicious food (chili and soup in the evening, fresh cookies, and full breakfast.)

A little noisy next to the interstate. Ask for a room away from the highway.

Great stay- ate supper at ihop that is literately in the parking lot.

I liked the variety for breakfast. One could have cereal, muffin, fruit, or waffle. There were many other choices as well. I liked being placed on 4th floor as then I did not have to hear anyone walking above me.

a few bucks more than other places, but money well spent for a good night’s rest.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at the Hampton Inn Hays. and both times the staff and the facilities have been exceptional. I’m sure the next time I pass through I’ll be staying there again.

probably would not revisit. always expect exceptional treatment from Hampton hotels

a lot of things were broken or out of order. there was a used bar of soap left in our shower with pubic hair stuck to it.

This would be a nice hotel in a different location. This isn’t a good choice for light sleepers.

Cleanliness. Spaciousness of the room and bathroom.

Proximity to I70 that is a truck route with traffic noise all night long. The walls also seem to be thinner than other Hampton Inns we’ve stayed at.
