Good value. Exercise room. Friendly staff. Room wax clean and comfortable.

Very clean, nice sized room. Bathroom was very large. Staff was friendly.
Two items. 1. Back of hotel faces the highest and car noise was loud.
2. The blinds don't close all the way. There are blackout blinds on the left and right and a very light blind on the middle. Which offers no darkness.

The breakfast was very good! You ruined my diet though, the waffles were the best! The room was clean and the bed was comfy! I also liked the Halloween decorations and the staff being dressed up!

Beds were comfortable. Pretty area.
Staff were inexperienced incompetant. We are merchandise taken from our room and when reported staff accused us of being liars.

Confortable beds, good location
I got in the room thinking they forgot to swipe the floor. I got downstairs to ask a housekeeper to found out there was none. So I did the job myself to realize it was not dust on the floor but mice poo!!!! So I inspected the room to find a lot of it in every corner of the bathroom and entrance. So it was not an overnight thing... Went down with the news with a 30$ discount offer on the room... The hotel was fully book and other hotels were way too expensive to move. So I had to sleep with a mouse or more... Nobody to help with the issue. I got a low discount on the room. It was an overall disappointing experience. I could not believe no one's noticed before that there was mice poo in the room. I took a video and pictures.

It was clean and the location was convenient and the facilities were up to date. Felt quiet and safe. Free breakfast was very good.
Not the hotel, but travelling in the whole Boston area was a bit stressful. Traffic is horrible everywhere, and things are really expensive there.

First of all breakfast was amazing each day we stayed everyone in staff was helpful and friendly. Place was always clean even with repairs being done. Beds are comftable and of course location was great we where about 10min drive to many things like Salem walmart comedy clubs
We had a fire alarm go off staff did not know what to do please train better God forbid was a real event. We was left outside in cold for 2hrs. When asked for a late check out due to that was told just absolutely no. Definitely expected them to work with us a bit more on that.

Great service from staff and accommodations for my mom and I and my 9 month old twins! The breakfast was especially good and the property is beautiful. I have been staying at this location for the last 11 years and it’s the best now as a Best Western Plus

Great Breakfast
The bathroom was really small. The beds were super hard and you could feel the springs.

The breakfast was ok, and it gave us a place to stay.
The cleanliness and upkeep of the room. Lots of finger prints left on surfaces, what look to be water stains on the ceiling, and maybe even mold. Rust in the shower. The bed is rock hard. The room phone was very rough also, it barely worked when trying to call the front desk.
