The room was not cleaned at all. The bed sheets had stains on them, the bathroom walls had dirt. There were crumbs on the chairs and tables in the room. The non smoking rooms smelled like cigarette smoke with air freshener sprayed over to try and cover the smell. The carpet in the hallways of the hotel was very dirty as well as the paint on the walls of the hallways. Every elevator door had words carved into it. When you first walk into the hotel you would think differently as this is the only place they do upkeep as well as cleaning. These were few of the issues to say the least.

Leaving

It was very dirty . Nothing worked as it should. From the TV to the ice machine in the hall.

The room had a microwave and refrigerator. It was clean. The staff was busy when I checked in but the wait time was not long. The room also had a hair dryer and nice towels. Check out was easy. The price was right.

The ice machine was not working on any of the floors in the wing we stayed in. The hallway rugs need to be replaced.

Had a handicap room and the shower head couldn't even hang up on the wall. It literally had to hang over the rail. The water ran out of the tub floor every time we showered.

Really nice hotel for the price range.

I could tell this particular room was not cleaned properly before we arrived, but this is unusual for this hotel which is why I gave a :l instead of a :( . Also deducted one emoticon from facilities for the pool being closed before nice weather is over.
