The bed was comfortable and the temperature of the room was good. The location was quiet.

The sink water ran cold even with running the hot water for a long period of time. The shower head had hot water but it was not clean, so I couldn't take a shower. The sheets looked like they were used so I had to flip the top cover over in order to sleep in the bed. We did not sleep under the sheets. The associate that checked us in was slightly rude and felt like he did not want to be there. Very pushy when wanting the payment when I told him one second. He kept asking am I using the card that I showed him, mind you my card was already on file, so they need to learn customer service even at night.

It would have been a big improvement if the check in clerk understood enough about English culture and language to know that my name, Tom, is the short form of the name Thomas which is on my driver's license. Unfortunately she insisted that the name on my driver's license didn't match the name on the reservation, Tom. It was extremely frustrating and upsetting that she insisted that I must change the name on my reservation before she would check me in. I was extremely tired after bicycling all day in heavy traffic on my coast to coast bicycle journey. She couldn't explain why I must change the format of my name. It took over 30 minutes to get checked in.
