Good clean rooms, variety of breakfast choices, and great price
I did miss having a coffee pot in the room.

Close to restaurants
1. Close to active train track
2. Breakfast offerings were well below par
3. Above all the place is extremely noisy. This included very noisy/loud guests at all hours of the night, flushing toilets, showers, guests speaking/shouting in the parking lot, a noisy radiator and more.
