Nice enough for the cost , good shower and fairly comfortable beds, and quiet .
Convenience store across the parking lot was handy for gas and snack.

Didn’t care for the pool being closed for two months. Would have been nice to known before I booked.

I really enjoyed the King suite and the staff was super friendly and accommodating.
That the pool and hot tub were down. I knew ahead of time because it did mention it on the website when i booked it, but it still was a bummer.

The friendly atmosphere was excellent. The pool was perfect temperature for the kids to enjoy.

Water leak in ceiling in stairwell. Drywall on stairs not cleaned up. The location should have an elevator. My mom is 85 and climbing all the stairs was difficult.

The breakfast was good. More than enough.
We were at UWW football game, extremely cold outside, all afternoon into night. We love the pool area with hot tub, and we’re all ready to go sit for a while, like years passed and it was closed. We all understand that there is pool hours but it would have been nice to keep it open a bit passed that closing time to accommodate adults.

The breakfast waffle mix was runny. Still made the waffle and it tasted awful. I threw it away. Coffee was good and the juice.
Beds were not the best.

It was comfortable . Price was not too reasonable but I am sure everything is going up in price so it is to be expected. Continental breakfast was more than I expected. Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches would of added an extra touch. Hsd them at prious hotel stays

Was not happy at all beds were very uncomfortable and overall the hotel was a dump. Will never stay there again. $192 was a bit ridiculous for what it was. Wasn’t worth $80.

Everything. We plan on staying there again. We booked this room on-line 24 hrs. before we needed it. Holiday weekend, rooms were scarce. We were on our way home from Chicago, with an event in Walworth Co. Staying here was convenient.
We didn't find anything wrong.

I did not get the worldpool in my room. Felt a little let down.
The room was old. But if your just going to sleep then I guess it ok

The lady at the front desk was amazing!! She was very helpful and very understanding and she had an amazing mood and smile!! She made the stay that much better
