Perfect location. Quiet and off the highway

The building was beautiful. The pool and hot tub needed some work. It was very dirty. And the shower made a horrible screaming noise.
The shower, pool, and hot tub. The pull out couch felt like laying on springs with a sheet over it.

The location was very good for us because we went to a concert at MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Amphitheatre at the FL State Fairgrounds. The surrounding area is very quiet. We enjoyed the spacious, clean and very comfortable bedroom for 1 night. The breakfast was ok with typical american food.
I didn't dislike anything at this stay. It was all good. The staff was very nice, the parking lot is open and big enough... It was everything good for just 1 night.

It needs more cleaning for carpets in the room and halway.
The elevators were not acceptable with a bad smell every time, defeatistly needs some kind of ventilation system or air conditioning.
