Comfortable beds and price
No coffee maker, complimentary soap for washing hands, and the front desk on his phone when I asked for new towels. He’ll say he’ll have to wash them but just stays on his phone.

The location and the price. The beds were clean and comfortable.
There were no complimentary hand soap bar or coffee maker. The floors are really clean. No enough towels for 4 people in the room.

I liked the fact that the room was warm and cozy. It had both a coffeemaker and a hair dryer which are items sadly missing from motel stays nowadays.
The property was out of town.

Pricing and availability
Whole place smelled like smoke. No deadbolt on the room door. Hair in bathtub and on sheets. Something yellow splattered on wall in bathroom. Kind of gross.
