The room was great! The beach was great! The staff was very friendly! The food and amenities were great! Check-in/check out was great, quick and easy!
Some areas of the building were very outdated. Some of the elevators didn't work and/or were slow. There was peeling paint in the stairwells and all the carpet was dirty.

When we arrived it was nice and clean
The next day I had to call for someone to take out the trash, I had to ask for towels and wait for hours to get them. Third day I waited for hours to get towel’s and to take the trash out. We ended up leaving a day earlier and I was told at the front desk that we will get refunded that we checked early and we never did I was told there’s no refund.
