The villa was nice and had exactly what we needed. This was the first time we stayed in one of the villas. It was just the right size for my wife and I. In the past we have stayed at in the Towers. This was a nice change.
The rugs in the villa were dirty; it wouldn't hurt if they were replaced. Everything else was nice. If we didn't have to walk upstairs to get to the villa would have been great.

Clean. Felt like a real home away from home. Conveniences & amenities were excellent!

Location and pool set up
It wasn't clean- blood on front of tub- housekeeping never came to clean it. Safe locked couldn't use it to store valuables- waited 12 plus hours for someone to fix it. It was fixed late at night after 3rd call. Bottle caps under dresser from previous occupant and dust. Bed sheets wouldn't stay on bed they seemed to be to small. Unit was dated and needs remodeling.
