Hotel was under construction during our stay, but accommodations were still nice.

Easy check in. Wonderful location. Walking distance to Starbucks!! Pool heated. Kids had a blast! The employee working the front desk, young girl I think she had bangs and glasses but can’t remember exactly. She was SO SWEET AND KIND! She made our stay the best!!! Girl deserves a raise!
The smell of fabuloso through the halls was pretty bad.

The room itself was. There was construction going on so there were areas in the building where it was partially painted and waiting for more paint.
We had searched for a room for 3 adults. The first option on booking.com was a standard king room but it said that it slept 3 adults so we went for it assuming there would be a couch bed or cot available. Upon check in we found out that there was no extra bed and this hotel had no cots. When we asked to upgrade the man behind the counter said it wasn’t possible since we didn’t book through the Holiday Inn site. So we asked for an extra pillow and blankets and were told that the hotel didn’t have extra blankets or pillow. They only had extra sheets. I
