Clean quiet and good customer service

The first room they gave me had a bad odor like pee are something but they ended up switching me to another room

I did go to breakfast.

The cost of this hotel was high based the facilities you get. We were out of the world as there was no internet connection throughout our stay. Even after complaining, only got answer from receptionist, we will check with our manager or our IT team is working. I stayed almost 4 days & 3 nights, even those many days were sufficient for them to fix the issue. This hotel is not worth for the money you spent. I had to spend extra money for my mobile data usage.

I was hurt!! I always stay and pay with quality. Never again there. I was beyond HURt thanks for making my 45 tv birthday special

Service and rooms. Was dirty a used room we got aye I was black

Everything I like everything about the Candlewood what about the staff I just like always going there I always try to get two beds just in case my boyfriend comes or whatever but I love it

Everything was Very nice. Staff was friendly and polite.

The room was clean and big enough. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We knew about free parking, but free coffee/tea and laundry were a pleasant surprise.

The location is convenient, but by the streets' appearance, you could tell that this is not the best LA district.
