The fact that we were told that they only gave the bottom floor to certain people, even if it’s requested

The staff went above and beyond to meet my needs
Construction going on upstairs, so that made it unappealing

It was a good location and served our purpose and our budget. When the first room had an issue it was an easy stop to get assigned a different room. Nearby resturant TASTE THE TWIST BAR & GRILL (close enough to walk to) is worth going for some of the best Soul Food I have ever had.
Breakfast was not great. The elevator was a little scary (one ride in particular it made a loud mechanical noise and jerked significantly that the drink in my hand splashed out half the cup.) The back wall when we come in the first day on our floor had something green growing on it - though I do think they got it painted before we left.

"The location was perfect. George and his staff were polite and helpful. They even provided a welcome snack pack, which was very thoughtful."
