My room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities I could ask for. Every room is private with its own bathroom and the rest of the beautiful house/inn is open for lounging and gathering. The yard is set up for guests to gather as well.

The bed was comfortable
The stairs were very steep and dangerous

The staff was extraordinarily helpful. When we arrived, we discovered that the standard king room we'd booked was upstairs which, after climbing the stairs we realized was not appropriate for us. After a quick call to the office, they transferred us to a very nice deluxe king room downstairs. The inn is beautifully decorated and very welcoming. A fully equipped kitchen and a spacious dining area would be perfect for preparing and serving "homecooked" meals.
The stairway to the upper rooms is extremely narrow and does not have a handrail. During room selection, the fact that those rooms may not be appropriate for people with physical limitations should be made clear. The standard king room upstairs was very small. It barely accommodated the king size bed with minimal clearance for the door to open and to the sides of the bed. There was nowhere except a very small closet for storing luggage and nowhere to unpack clothing.

Nice garden area. Really nice owners
Can't really rate, Ended up not staying, unfortunately husband did not like the room. So lost money on it which was unfortunate.
