I like the design of the room and the bed.
Everything looks clean
The staff were poor I've asked how to use the microwave and no one to help us

Room was super clean. Bathroom was super clean. The fitness center actually had dumbbells up to 50s and the laundry was free to use!! They had a little snack shop with drinks snacks and food. Very close to a lot of restaurants and a grocery store. Water pressure is amazing and water temp gets super hot too.
Honestly the only thing that could have been a bit better was one of the elevators was down but it wasn’t a huge deal. Didn’t ever have to wait too long.

It was clean. The beds were comfortable. Location was perfect. Close to restaurants easy access to the interstate.
The elevator would go to the third floor, but when you wanted to go back down on the elevator, and you pressed the button, the elevator just kept going up and down past the third floor and never stopped to open for you to get on.

It was nice that we could bring our dog
The bed was very hot and not very comfortable. The air conditioning was too loud but then when we turned it down the fridge made a clicking noise from the freezer and allowed fan noise from the fridge. We basically couldn't sleep because of all the noise.
