New, clean, great location.
Emailed to pre-sign check-in [done] then get a call to ask if we’re actually turning up [yes] then have to do all the paperwork on arrival anyway [again??] and told we’d already been pre-charged for the first night like were low rate guests??? FFS. We are repeat guests but don’t feel like it. When we visited in April 2023 we felt like special guests but in July not-so-much

This is my third time staying here and it never disappoints.
Overall great location.
The only thing was the weather made it hard to walk around cause it was hot.

Room was not clean at all, they did comp us some on room, but it was really late coming in and was only there for about 5 hours before we left again.

Tommie was the best at customer service with a smile! He let us check in early. He was very nice and friendly.
The homeless camp outside the parking lot. The kids running up and down the hall were annoying.

The breakfast was very disappointing. Ran out of food and coffee first morning. Second morning ran out of yogurt and eggs were hard. They stuck yo pan. The floor in hallways and elevators dirty.

Beautiful clean hotel with lovely little pool.
Staff were friendly and we were so grateful to be able to purchase early check in after a super early start.
Nothing fab stay.
