The room set up and location

Nothing they lie about the pool and breakfast. I've machine broke. Vending machine it's empty. Laundry is one washer $1.50 and one dryer $2.00. washer is nasty doesn't fill up with water. There's soap still in your clothes when finished. Water stinks. Dryer had lent all in it. Filter don't fit. Doesn't dry clothes.

Everything. They charged my credit card double and wouldn't explain how it why. I had a print out showing they over charged me from them plus my bank statements showing all the charges and the owner still wouldn't talk to me and explain anything to me or the lady working. 3 employees liked at my bill and said the hotel was wrong. One even said and I quote "They stole your money".

Nothing mouse traps on breakfast nook and bed bugs

It was clean and the check in clerk was nice

Over priced, pool closed since start of covid, Ice machine not working. No elevator, No outlet around the room desk to plug into, rack for towels in bathroom falling apart. Small TV On check out never got a receipt.

Close to casino

Cleanliness. Needs updating for the price. Toilet problem we had to fix ourselves with a plunger they provided. No breakfast.

Very nice and inviting property, comfortable king sized bed. This is my go to place to stay in the Quad cities.

the room itself, though oddly laid out, was comfortable and essentially clean.

There was only one towel (for a suite), and the blankets were severely insufficient - threadbare even. None of the light switches actually worked. The door was difficult to open (it was off kilter in the frame and scraped). Two lamps didn't work at all (light bulbs perhaps).

The staff was polite, helpful, and friendly. The lobby and common area was beautiful

close to freeway

thought I booked 2 double king rooms and got 2 double queen rooms

Very nice and clean. Staff was very helpful getting us checked in, went out of her way to help.

Absolutely nothing. Awful

The property smelled on arrival. The non smoking room smelled like an ash tray. No shower pressure. They had no towels in the room. The toilet kept running. The sheets appeared to be dirty from the last stay and bugs of some sort. We checked in and an hour later we were already checked out and going to a new hotel. Then upon check out they were arguing with a disabled veteran with a service dog dening him his stay because they asked for the dog's papers (this is illegal) and he told them that and they treated him with so much disrespect it was awful.

No clean towels, it wasn't vacuumed when we got there, pillows were uncomfortable no refrigerator no coffee maker in room but there wasbpackages in room.

It was close to where we needed to go

Extra Towels never showed up, pool was closed yet no mention of that was on the website. Front desk person checking in was not friendly.
