The room and facilities were very clean. The bed was comfortable. Both pool areas were clean and well maintained.
I showed up 30 minutes early and my room wasn't ready. I was told to come back. After a long day of traveling that was disappointing. I noticed in the indoor pool area there is no dressing room or rest rooms. If you are staying in the winter you would have to walk outside to get to the indoor pool. It would be nice to have a dressing area at least. Also, the hotel advertised a steam room, but there was only a dry sauna room. Which was nice by the way
