Cleaning products a little too strong

The bed! It was so comfy! The front desk staff were very nice and efficient.

It was tidy and they did the best to male it look clean however you can tell there needs to be updates. Like they are masking a smell. The ceiling over the front desk looks like it’s going to fall down and walls/corners need patching and paint

Hotel was very easy to find and access and the check in/check out process was quick and painless. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was quite nice as well; huge sink, nice shower-head and very well ventilated which is rare in a hotel bathroom! The indoor pool area was very nice as well; the setup with the hot tub being attached to the pool was very nice!

The room itself was pretty clean but could have been better; the sheets had some large old stains on one side of the bed which is understandable that it happens but with that much maybe they should have been thrown away and replaced. The furniture in the bedroom and the shower door were pretty scuffed and had large chunks broken off in places. The bathroom was mostly clean, but there was some hair in the corners of the shower. The breakfast was okay but not great; small variety of options and the hot food wasn’t kept super warm. Also the utensils were mostly empty so we had to get creative with eating our food.

The room was spacious.

The breakfast was well below your standards. When I mentioned it to the staff person they told me they weren't getting the supplies in for breakfast the last two weeks an know that wasn't very good. Only had biscuits and gravy and waffles.
