Patrice at the front desk was very pleasant & helpful. She asked if I was interested in enrolling in the rewards program & I wasn't. She didn't push but did leave me a handwritten note thanking me for staying & again outlining the benefits, to the point that I might consider it in the future. She is great advertising for you - I would give her a big raise!

Good location , clean comfortable beds and space.
The short toilet. Too short for older people.
