I have stayed a few times here and although there were some issues this time I will stay there again

The location is very convenient. Close to UConn. I needed a wheelchair accessible room with roll in shower. They were able to have it ready for us.

We were there three nights. The room was never cleaned even after I requested it.

I would stay here again if my travels took me in this direction

Breakfast provided varied menu, Coffee was good. Staff handled room snafu appropriately, Pool was delightful, towels adequate.

The pending deposit for damages took 5 days to clear.

Very old and overpriced

Close to a friend's house.

Door to room had a 1 inch space and could of easily been opened. Cob webs in corners of room. Dirty walls in bathroom. Very old for the money they asked. Very dissatisfied and will never stay there again. In years past it was always where we would stay when in the area.

The hotel itself needs upgrading to its rooms. Staff was friendly!

Rooms were outdated and mattresses were old spring style and uncomfortable

Nice Place

The cleanliness was above standards. The lobby was well lit and welcoming. Staff was welcoming. The bed was very comfortable.

That I didn't bring my bathing suit.

not a good choice.

handicapped shower well constructed. Toilet low for disabled person.

hotel shoould not hang obstacles on wall near bed. my walker wheel got caught on foot of ironing board haging on wall near my. bed. my walker wheel hit the foot and it flipped me backward onto floor. my husband injured his back pickingme up. hotel breakfast time too short for a weekend stay. Nedd to to add 30 minutes. We ended up eating breakfast elsewhere.
