The staff was amazing. Breakfast was great and the room was comfortable and clean. The location was also good. Only a few minutes to downtown 😊

it was really close to my friends baby shower

when we got there the room i booked was not cleaned but the room i got was somewhat cleaned there was hair on my sheets and pillows and the towels were dirty and The toilet was also dirty

Location was fine

Breakfast was small options compared to other hotels. The listing said the hotel had a hot tub and we chose this hotel for that reason and come to find out there wasn’t one. When we first arrived there were trash bags laying out in the open in the hallway. The pool had white chunks in it because they just shocked it they said. The room itself was quite warm because the room was set to 74 and I couldn’t change the temperature. Vending machines were out of order. The tv in the room was fuzzy and had a red blur to it and very few channels to choose from

The beds were comfortable, room was clean, bathroom was big. I liked that there was a washing machine..staff was friendly.

1) pool was not clean...stuff (looked like bugs) was floating all over the top of the water. 2) I felt a little uncomfortable as far as the random people that hung around that didn't seem like they were guests. For example, my daughter and I were walking to our car, and a lady sitting in a car in the lot of the hotel tried to get us to come over there. That is how people get grabbed. We ignored her, then 3 min later, she was gone. Makes sense as to why I saw a police officer coming in the elevator when we were exiting. It was a nice area, but I didn't feel the safest. This was just our personal experience, others may not have had the same feelings. When I travel with my family, I am always cautious of my surroundings and the random people hanging around just made me feel uneasy.
