The a/c made noise all night. No coffee pot in the room. No info to order food from places . Bathroom shower leaked all night and they sent maintenance to room and couldnt fix any problems .. bad 2 night

Poor variety for breakfast. Very disappointed.

This is a good hotel for the money. Nothing fancy but they have a good staff and the pool is very nice.

The maintenance man Russ was very helpful. Very apologetic and understanding.

Rm 121 was a smoke and animal free room that smelled of cat urine or meth. They moved us to rm 221 and the smoke detector had a kleenex stuffed in it, and the towel bar was not installed correctly. The towel bar had two lefthand brackets that allowed it to not properly mount to the wall. The overflow drain in the bathroom sink was disgusting. It appeared to have a build-up of black sludge oozing from it.

The bathroom was filthy! Dirt and dust on the floor and along the bottom of the toilet, the shower tile was gross and the towels were paper thin and very rough.

Desk help. Uncooperative and contankorous both of them, being helpful to much of a bother. Too bad .

It was supposed to be a handicap accessible room. The only thing handicap accessible was the clothing bar was lowered and the bathroom door was wide. Really!!! The beds were 32" high, which required a step stool to climb on to it. No handicapped person should be climbing on a stool. We called to see if they had any rooms with shorter beds and was told they ordered new beds and they were put in all rooms. The bathtub had high sides - 16 3/4" high. They did have hand rails on all three sides to help you step over it. Furniture included two 50-ish orange plastic chairs that were cute but not comfortable and one ratty desk chair that had no padding. The hotel is in a great location and pretty clean, no complaints about the staff or facilities, but if you have any disabilities, you're going to be disappointed.

There was no food only very strong coffee.

Everytime the people above us opened their door we could hear our sliding door rattle and it was really noisy. You could also hear the neighbors like they were in the same room with you.

NO ROOM SERVICE they only clean after you leave, not during your stay. There were roaches and when we brought it to the manager’s attention she said “it was cold a couple of days ago and they like to be in a warm place so they crawl into the rooms. SHE KNEW IT WAS A PROBLEM AND DID NOTHING. At the front there is a pice of building that could fall on someone’s car at a moments notice- when brought to attention they also did nothing and brushed it off. The pool is in the middle of everyone so no privacy- anyone from their balcony’s can see you , also who knows how long it’s been since they cleaned it.
