I liked that the room had everything
I needed such as refrigerator,iron, hair dryer, and microwave
Thank you for having that in rooms they are very helpful.
What I didn’t like was the bed it had dirty and many dirty spots all over the mattress
The carpet was very dirty
And it seems that the front desk gave as the room with out communicating with house keeping and the room was not finished
The front desk person looks very unhappy worker

Location was great. Many options for eating in the area.
They seemed to be upgrading the rooms. There were small things that took away from our overall experience. The added pictures show the remnants in the bathtub of removed slip pads, no toilet paper spindle, and an edge molding falling off.

Room was big, clean and very comfortable. Air conditioner was already on and the room was folded down to a good temperature.

We've stayed at this location many times in the past. Great location.
We were not told in advance that there was major renovation in progress, breakfast area was closed, pool area closed, construction worker in the halls, parking lot obstructed by construction vehicles, equipment, dumpsters. We had planned 2 nights, but left early to stay elsewhere. No refund for 2nd night. In addition to that a $50 security deposit was charged to our card without notice (although it was returned within 1 week).

"The property is next to the River walk an excellent place to walk the dog. Our room was so nice clean and quiet. The value for the money was excellent. I have already recommended to a friend."
