Staff friendliness, recently renovated bathroom very nice, heating very efficient though I didn't find a medium setting: it was too much or not at all🙂,

Price overrated. The announced breakfast was a muffin and coffee tea, quite minimalistic. First day the cleaning lady forgot to clean my room. Next days it was ok.

good area

checked around 9 pm. Had to check in standing outside at the window with 20% weather with the wind blowing. Had to wait for 5 minutes for a clerk to show up. the clerk went into my room while I got my stuff out of the car, to turn the heater on. The room was cold 1/2 the night.

The man at the front desk seemed nice at first, but only to screw us over, unfortunately.

We were charged double because he told us the online booking got canceled + the man at the front desk asked me for my credit card PIN (which I did not give him) and hesitated to give me the option to type in my PIN on my own. In addition to that, the room was dirty and you couldn't really lock the door. As we were two girls being tired and scared, this was not the right place for us.
