Bellissimo condominio fronte Golfo - Rilassati sul tuo ampio balcone mentre guardi i tuoi bambini costruire castelli di sabbia sulla spiaggia. Condominio 3 camere da letto splendidamente arredato con 2 1/2 bagni. Il soggiorno con TV a grande schermo e connessione internet Wi-Fi gratuita è una grande stanza aperta con porta a vetri sul lato della spiaggia. La sala da pranzo che può ospitare 6 è tra il soggiorno e la cucina che ha bellissimi ripiani in granito. Di fronte alla cucina c'è la lavatrice e asciugatrice a grandezza naturale.
La camera da letto principale ha un letto king-size, TV e zona salotto con vista sul golfo. C'è anche una cabina armadio e bagno privato con vasca e doccia separate. Una delle camere ha un letto matrimoniale e l'altra ha 2 letti singoli; ogni camera ha una TV. C'è una doccia nel bagno per gli ospiti.
Parcheggia sotto l'edificio in un punto designato vicino all'ascensore. Quindi esci dalla porta del garage fino alla spiaggia ... sono fornite sedie a sdraio. La piscina riscaldata si trova sul lato opposto dell'edificio. Ci sono molti bei ristoranti, bar e piccoli negozi a pochi passi dal condominio. Circa un miglio lungo la strada troverete lo Stump Pass State Park. * (La piscina rimarrà chiusa il 3 settembre 2019 per circa 2-4 settimane) (Anche in agosto l'ascensore è in riparazione. Se lo stato dell'ascensore è importante per te, controlla al momento della prenotazione.)
* Le spese aggiuntive sono le spese di pulizia di partenza, le tasse, la quota di registrazione dell'associazione condominiale, la tassa di prenotazione e il deposito cauzionale rimborsabile.
La camera da letto principale ha un letto king-size, TV e zona salotto con vista sul golfo. C'è anche una cabina armadio e bagno privato con vasca e doccia separate. Una delle camere ha un letto matrimoniale e l'altra ha 2 letti singoli; ogni camera ha una TV. C'è una doccia nel bagno per gli ospiti.

We had 2 wonderful weeks at The Palms 4. It is a spacious condo with very comfortable furniture. The kitchen included everything you would need in case you would rather cook your own meals. We loved the large balcony where we spent a lot of time if we were not on the beach, walking at Stump Pass Beach State Park or having lunch at a restaurant. The Palms is just a short distance from several restaurants so we only used our rental car when we went off the island. We also enjoyed kayaking right from Stump Pass Beach State Park on a guided tour. We hope to return to The Palms in the future!

We stayed here for a week at the end of July, first week in August. The condo was nice and the location was great. We spent a lot of time on the beach everyday. It is a very low key and relaxing week. Absolutely loved it!!

This was a nice place to stay. It was quiet, right on beach with easy access. Resturants within walking distance to the condo. Beds were comfortable.

We loved this condo! There was more than enough room for myself and partner, our kids and my dad to all have our own space. The kitchen is well stocked and there’s a big table to eat together. The covered front balcony is the best part! Regardless of the weather you can sit outside and watch the ocean and beach. We loved the stock of beach stuff too. There were nice chairs and sand toys for the kids to use. The elevator makes bringing things up/taking things down, really simple. We loved our stay and we will definitely be back!

My family has been going to Englewood for over 50 years now. This room was so nice and the view was beautiful. Nice room and layout. Plenty of kitchenware, which is rare. The pool key was not working and they responded immediately to get us the right one. Pool was very nice. Just a wonderful vacation!

We had a fabulous week in Manasota key. We loved the condo and found the location extremely convenient. We found hundreds of shark teeth. We saw dolphins, diving pelicans, surfers, wave runners, parasailing and fabulous sunsets every day from the balcony. It truly was the perfect vacation!

Fantastic ocean front views from multiple rooms. Just steps from the beach. Great place to stay if you like a quiet, sleepy environment. Very few people on the beach. We had the pool to ourselves. It was perfect for us.

Well-stocked, spacious unit with comfy beds and great views. The beach did not disappoint... we saw dolphins, manatees, manta rays, turtles, and even a bunny. Tight parking spaces can be a bit of a challenge for large vehicles.

This condo was perfect for our family of six! The Gulf view is amazing and we enjoyed the sunset from the lanai every evening. No need to eat out with availability of a grill on site as well as a full kitchen with nearly all of the necessities. If you are looking for a condo in the Manasota Key area, look no further - this is the perfect one!

We had a wonderful time. The condo was gorgeous and well equipped. Beach access was very nice, outdoor shower to remove sand, lovely garage. The beach itself was perfect!

This is a beautiful spacious condo
This beautiful spacious condo with very updated furnishings was perfect for our girls trip. It overlooks the ocean with a white sand beach perfect for walking on. The elevator was perfect for those who could not take the stairs. Great kitchen, dining room and living room with plenty of seating for all of us. The 2 1/2 baths were really nicely done and with the way the bedrooms are set up, they were so quiet. The deck overlooking the ocean was also large for those evening sunset views. There is also a pool for those who would prefer. One of the best parts for us was the closeness to several eateries. We could just walk to them and it was a very comfortable atmosphere everywhere we went. highly recommended!

The view of the beach is wonderful.
We had a very happy stay in this condo. The view of the beach is wonderful and it is in walking distance to various restaurants. The interior is clean and very well decorated. We look forward to making this a regular stop on our annual visit to the US.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit verbracht in dieser Ferienwohnung. Der direkte Blick auf den Strand und das türkisblaue Wasser ist atemberaubend und die vielen Restaurants sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir werden bei unserem nächsten Amerika-Urlaub wieder einen neuen Aufenthalt hier einplanen.

Very nice condo. Very clean with great views. There is only ONE parking space that comes with the condo. Also, you are NOT allowed to use the guest parking spots. This is a 3 bedroom condo so if you are traveling with a other couple or have two cars, the only parking option is the public beach parking which you have to pay for!

A great Manasota Key condo
My family has vacationed on Manasota Key several previous times, but this was certainly the nicest place we've rented. It's spacious and well maintained and its tasteful decor really gives an upscale feel. It's well equipped and we really appreciated the fine linens and towels that were provided. The location is at one of the widest points on the Manasota Key beach and this area is very uncrowded. We loved the great views of the beach and gulf and hearing wonderful ocean sounds from almost any place in the unit. It was really a pleasure to be able to walk to some very good restaurants. For us, the ability to easily reach the cultural attractions of Sarasota was also a plus. This one is a vacation keeper as far as we're concerned.
