Best Western Bronco Inn

Very cozy and homey place. Rooms were super clean and roomy. Wonderful shower with instant hot water and high pressure shower head. Huge selection of food for breakfast.

Very handy to the highway and several good restaurants. Rooms were quiet and well insulated; everything in good working order. Grounds are well kept and quite attractive, with good areas for walking the dogs.

It's a shame so many hotels have ONE comfortable chair in a room that is designed to sleep two. The breakfast was OK, though allergies are not accommodated at all, but the staff member was clearly quite unhappy with her job and about 15 minutes before the end of breakfast service she started hauling garbage cans around, screeching them loudly on the floor, banging and smashing stuff. We had unfortunate allegations of room damage from our pets (impossible as they were never left alone) and they charged extra without contacting us or providing evidence. Have never had this happen; the manager made it right though! I suggest if you have a pet, have them check the room when you're leaving to avoid unpleasant and time consuming problem-solving.

We were travelling between Glacier NP and Mount Rainier NP and had originally booked a hotel in Spokane which is about half way between the two. We were a bit worried about the fires in Spokane so decided to drive a bit further along. We love a Best Western so this seemed a good choice and we weren't disappointed. Right off the main road but still quiet. Clean and comfortable with the usual good Best Western breakfast. Definitely recommended.

All good.
