The location was AMAZING! and it had everything we needed.

no on-site parking, but then again, not much around that area has parking. it was not a huge issue though.

The location was amazing and we loved the restaurant that was downstairs. We also loved the deck and the size of the room.

It is marketed as having a beach view, but it is at the back of the building so you need to be sitting in one place at the edge of the deck and you can then see the beach. It also did not have a working heating system so they brought us a little space heater.

Super close to the Beach, good Restaurant adjacent (Fig Tree).

People in the Rehabilitation Center across the street were too loud, especially in the very early morning, pretty anoying.

Location was perfect— right in front of the beach above a charming little South American inspired restaurant.

The door in the bedroom wasn’t noise proof, so was awaken by the strong noise of the garbage trucks and the “humans” of Venice.

The room setup Kitchen, living room space, and balcony was Amazing! The bed very cozy.

Parking was a bit of a hassle but the stay itself was worth it. 👌

the facilities was on the beach . we got an upgraded to a bigger room… thought that was great..

the upgrade came with flies flies and more flies. we were greeted by a cloud of them. we had private entrance but we could not leave front door open because of flies.. they only seem to be at our location… nowhere else on the beach was like that.. not even by the homeless or trash.

The location of the hotel although it’s right in front of the transient populated beach!!!!

The transient population. Not the hotels fault but so unfortunate to be around especially with kids and family. I just don’t feel safe in the Venice beach area anymore. Parking was ridiculously over priced and not offered by the hotel. Felt unsafe to walk from hotel to our car day or night. I would never return :-( My family really disliked this Venice beach vacation.

Superb location near beach and nice restaurant. Good beds. Nice cottage with 2 bedrooms and small nice area to sit outside. Thanks to staff for the support when we arrived, well received. Recommended place to stay.

Near street so can be little noisy, but if you know it’s okay and part of the experience. So no big issue.

The bed and room size were really Nice!!! The young man at reception was polite and courteous.

Wish the grocery store was closer as we had a mini kitchen and not much food to cook.

Tried to reach front desk for batteries but no pick up, either way it was good.

honestly everything was perfect , super comfy bed , air conditioning worked and is quite , extremely clean and the view and location is Incredible.
