Evening staff was nice
Very bad smell... Not a good area of town... breakfast sucked like out of a box suck... morning staff were rude acted annoyed

Poor breakfast. But the main problem is staff. I asked hotel before booking, does washing machine work? they said - yes.
I spent time to get coins, paid, machine is not working. the same with soap machine.
I had very important meeting and was forced to go to another hotel.

Our room was spacious and clean and very comfortable. Everything was accounted for. Absolutely no complaints about the room.
Breakfast was ok. My expectations were a tiny bit more than what was served. It was cool however there was a microwave. As a whole, it did the job.

The hotel was quiet, clean, spacious, and located near fast food restaurants and gas stations. The complimentary breakfast was good and the staff were very nice. Definitely will stay there again.

There was mold on the curtains the bed has stains on it and the tub is dirty

Nice staff
The hallway and the room were musty and hot (June 5 stay). We had to cool down the room, which took hours. There was a faint odor of dirt/mold.

this is the only property I’ve ever called corporate offices to complain about. I contacted booking.com as well. they took my money as a damage deposit and despite no damage to the room, kept it
just the quality of people running it. trash.
